So, I usually don't eat my first meal until around 11 when I've already worked a few hours, but then I usually like something that will last me until dinner. This is a favourite of mine - it's easy, tasty and makes you full for a good five or six hours!
It's a Dinkel toast with mayonnaise on it and then four scrambled eggs, fresh chilli (red and green peppers) and fresh parsley. Of course, topped with freshly grounded black pepper and salt.
Nothing fancy, just pure joy! :)
