Korean Grilled Pork with Gochujang, Apple and Lettuce Wraps
I think this is the best cooked my wife has ever cooked. It was super delicious!
We had pork loin and pork belly marinated with Gochujang sauce and garlic. After grilling the pork, the sauce was cooked further to reduce and infuse the garlic into the sauce.
Had some apple slices soaked in salt water to give it flavor and prevent it from oxidising and retaining its crunch. My first time eating the wraps with apple and its super super brilliant. The flavors blend so well. Slightly spicy and very rich Gochujang sauce with the Grilled pork and the fresh crunch from the lettuce and sweetness from the apple. One of the best bossam I've ever eaten in my life. Seriously delicious!
Gonna have this for dinner as well tonight. Can't wait! What a wonderful Korean meal today!
