Muy buenas noches mi noble y gente bella de Hive, en esta oportunidad les vengo a mostrar como preparar este rico pollo guisado desde casa.
Para la preparación de nuestro pollo vamos a usar los siguientes ingredientes:
Pollo picado en piezas
Ajo
Cebolla
Zanahoria
Papas
Sal
Adobo
Color Onoto
Salsa inglesa
Good evening my noble and beautiful people from Hive, this time I come to show you how to prepare this delicious chicken stew from home.
For the preparation of our chicken we are going to use the following ingredients:
Chicken chopped into pieces
Garlic
Onion
Carrot
Potato
Salt
Dressing
Color Onoto
English sauce
Pelamos el Ajo, lo colocamos en un pisa Ajo pisamos pisamos hasta hacerlo una pasta lo mezclamo con el pollo.
We peel the Garlic, we place it in a pisa Garlic we step on it until it becomes a paste I mix it with the chicken.
Picamos la cebolla y la hacemos cuadritos la lanzamos a una sartén dejamos dorar la cebolla y lanzamos el pollo, dejamos sofreir la cebolla con el pollo por unos minutos.
Chop the onion and make squares, throw it into a pan, let the onion brown and throw the chicken, let the onion fry with the chicken for a few minutes.
Picamos la zanahoria en rodajas se la lanzamos al pollo dejamos sudar por unos segundos.
Chop the carrot into slices, throw it on the chicken, let it sweat for a few seconds.
Condimentamos y damos color a nuestro delicioso Guiso.
We season and color our delicious Stew.
Agregamos Agua para darle la cocción y sabor final a nuestro Pollo Guisado, mientras empieza a hervir picamos la papá en rodajas y se la mandamos para que le dé un toque de espeso a nuestro guiso.
We add water to give the cooking and final flavor to our Chicken Stew, while it begins to boil we chop the papa into slices and send it to him to give a touch of thickness to our stew.
