Chicken sandwich // Sandwich de pollo [ES/EN]

Hello friends of the hive today I share with you my chicken sandwich recipe, ideal for a rich, easy and high protein dinner.

Hola, amigos de la colmena hoy les comparto mi receta de sándwich de pollo, ideal para una cena rica, fácil y alta en proteínas.

Ingredients: - chicken breast 200 grams - turkey ham 100 grams - bread - lettuce - tomato - carrot - bread - butter - cheese - avocado

Ingredientes: - pechuga de pollo 200 gramos - jamón de pavo 100 gramos - pan - lechuga - tomate - zanahoria - pan - mantequilla - queso - aguacate

Procedure: Start by cutting the vegetables and disinfecting them.

Procedimiento: Empieza por cortar las verduras y desinfectarlas.

Season the breast with salt and pepper and brown it on both sides in a frying pan previously heated with oil.

Salpimienta la pechuga y dórala por ambos lados en un sartén previamente calentado con aceite.

Once the breast is ready, add the cheese and let it gratinate.

Una vez lista la pechuga, agrega el queso y deja gratinar.

Seal the bread with butter on both sides to start assembling.

Sella el pan con mantequilla por ambos lados para comenzar a armar.

To assemble, start with the bread, lettuce, carrots, tomato, ham, breast and crown with avocado.

Para armar, comienza con el pan, lechuga, zanahoria, tomate, jamón, pechuga y corona con aguacate.

Great easy to prepare and delicious dinner recipe. I like to make it after workouts for its excellent characteristics as it is high in protein and helps me stay strong to perform in my discipline. I hope you like it and thanks for reading.
