Como pueden observar esta es mi primera publicación en esta comunidad y estoy muy contenta por eso, en esta ocasión les voy a mostrar como preparar unos delisiosos perros calientes para consentir a los más chiquitos de la casa y a los grandes también.
Greetings and blessings to all the members of the Foodies Bee Hive community. As you can see this is my first publication in this community and I am very happy for that, this time I am going to show you how to prepare some delicious hot dogs to pamper the little ones of the house and the adults too.
• 12 Salchichas de pollo o 300 gramos ya sancochadas .
• 4 Huevos fritos y cortados por la mitad.
• 200 Gramos de papas al hilo.
• 100 Gramos de queso para rayar.
• 100 gramos de crema de aguacate. ( Esta crema la preparé con 2 aguacates mayonesa y sal)
• Mayonesa.
• Salsa de tomate.
INGREDIENTS:
• 6 Hot dog buns (I used that amount since in my home we live 6 people but you can use the necessary or desired buns).
• 12 chicken sausages or 300 grams already boiled .
• 4 fried eggs cut in half.
• 200 grams of potatoes in strings.
• 100 grams of cheese to grate.
• 100 grams of avocado cream. (I prepared this cream with 2 avocados, mayonnaise and salt).
• Mayonnaise.
• Tomato sauce.

Lo primero que hice fue meter dos salchichas en el centro del pan
The first thing I did was to put two sausages in the center of the bread.
Luego agregue las papas al hilo, (tu puedes agregar la cantidad de papas que más te guste)
• Después coloque el huevo sobre las papas al hilo.
Then add the string potatoes, (you can add as many potatoes as you like).
• Then place the egg on top of the string potatoes.
Segui vertiendo la crema de aguacate en el huevo.
• Además le eché queso rayado.
I kept pouring the avocado cream into the egg.
• I also added grated cheese.
Para terminar agregue mayonesa y salsa al gusto.
To finish add mayonnaise and salsa to taste.
