Hello all friends who are especially culinary lovers. Good morning. This time I will make a snack from an unusual ingredient, namely rice. Rice is a staple food and the main source of carbohydrates in many countries. Usually rice is eaten with side dishes, but now I will turn it into a delicious snack that you must try, namely cireng.

The creation of this cireng culinary as one of the creations of the Sundanese people in ancient times using tapioca flour and starch. However, over time, the creation of cireng began to develop, various innovations of cireng ranging from various shapes and flavors. Not only that, the complementary seasonings for dipping cireng are also diverse, such as rujak seasoning or chili sauce and so on. And also the version of cireng filled with sausage, chicken, cheese to beef.

Okay, I will make cireng with a combination of tapioca flour and rice.
Of course by adding selected spices to create a distinctive and delicious taste. Here I use leftover rice from last night for the dough hehe. Usually we make leftover rice as fried rice, right! but this time we will make a savory snack.

Let's see the ingredients and how to make it below.
