-1 kg de mondongo o cayó
-2 kg de verdura

Lo primero que debemos hacer es cortar el callo o el mondongo en pedazos pequeños, colocamos dentro de la olla hirviendo,en un aproximado de 2 horas, para que vaya ablandando, esté previamente cocido con una buena textura que sea fácil para degustar.
