Feliz noche amigos. Hoy voy a compartir el paso a paso de como hice esta deliciosa ensalada rusa, desde hace días queria hacerla y hoy la hice. Claro me faltaron los guisantes pero no encontré. Pero aun así quedo realmente deliciosa.
- Good night friends. Today I am going to share the step by step of how I made this delicious Russian salad, I have wanted to make it for days and today I made it. Sure was missing the peas but I could not find. But it was still really delicious.
Para hacer esta deliciosa ensalada necesitamos:
papas.
zanahoria.
huevos.
cebolla.
cilantro.
mayonesa.
mostaza.
sal.
To make this delicious salad we need:
potato.
carrot.
eggs.
onion.
coriander.
Mayonnaise.
mustard.
Salt.
Así lucen la papa y la zanahoria cuando ya están bien cocidas. Olvide tomar foto de los huevos cuando le quite la cáscara. Una anécdota de esta ensalada es que antes no me gustaba y ahora me encanta.
- This is how potatoes and carrots look when they are well cooked. Forget to take a picture of the eggs when remove the shell. An anecdote about this salad is that I didn't like it before and now I love it.
Así luce el huevo cuando lo picamos, yo amo picarlo muy muy pequeño.
- This is how the egg looks when we chop it, I love to chop it very very small.
Aquí tenemos la cebolla y el cilantro que también los pico pequeño para que se integre bien a nuestra ensalada.
- Here we have the onion and the coriander that are also pecked small so that they integrate well into our salad.
Por aquí tenemos las papas pero estas las cortamos un poco mas grande.
- Around here we have the potatoes but we cut them a little bigger.
La zanahoria también las picamos en cuadros. Del mismo tamaño que la papa.
- We also cut the carrot into squares. The same size as the potato.
Tenemos una foto de todos los ingredientes cortados. Ya listo todo para hacer la ensalada.
- We have a photo of all the cut ingredients. Everything is ready to make the salad.
Esta foto la verdad es que me encanto ver todo picado y todos los colores que tiene nuestra ensalada.
- This photo, the truth is that I loved seeing everything chopped and all the colors that our salad has.
Revolvemos todos los ingredientes y agregamos la sal.
- We stir all the ingredients and add the salt.
Ahora agregamos la mayonesa y la mostaza. La receta que busque no tenia mostaza pero a mi me encanta y sabia que le daría un toque delicioso a esta ensalada. Y la verdad que si fue una buena elección. Me encanto el sabor de esta ensalada.
- Now we add the mayonnaise and mustard. The recipe I was looking for had no mustard but I love it and I knew it would add a delicious touch to this salad. And the truth is that it was a good choice. I loved the taste of this salad.

Bueno si así la conozco yo. Y justo hace algunos dias viendo un video de una chica que vive en rusia la preparo, solo que le agrego jamón pero en esencia son estos mismos ingredientes. Feliz día amiga
La verdad es una de mis ensaladas preferidas con bastante mayonesa y comerla con pan es mi pasión, espero me hayan guardado un poco.
