Feliz noche amigos. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes el paso a paso de esta ensalada que aquí conocemos como pico de gallo y es deliciosa ideal para ser el complemento de otras comidas.
Good night friends. Today I want to share with you the step by step of this salad that we know here as pico de gallo and it is delicious, ideal to complement other meals.
Para hacer este pico de gallo necesitamos:
- tomate.
- pepino.
- cebolla morada.
- aji.
- cilantro.
- limón.
- salsa de tomate.
To make this pico de gallo we need:
- tomato.
- cucumber.
- purple Onion.
- chili pepper.
- cilantro.
- lemon.
- ketchup.
- Salt.
Comenzamos cortando el pepino en cuadros pequeños. Opte por sacar las semillas del pepino.
We start by cutting the cucumber into small squares. Choose to remove the seeds from the cucumber.
El tomate también lo vamos a cortar en cuadros pequeños y lo agregamos al mismo recipiente dónde tenemos el pepino.

Ahora cortamos la cebolla, está al igual que el pepino y el tomate. La cortamos en cuadros pequeños.

Cortamos también el ají y lo agregamos al recipiente.

Agregamos también un poco de cilantro.

Ahora vamos a colocar el zumo de un limón o también podemos agregar un poco de vinagre para dar ese toque ácido.

Y por último vamos a colocar una cucharada de salsa se tomate y un poco de sal. Mezclamos muy bien y ya nuestro pico de gallo está listo.
