We let this cook until our meat is cooked through.

We are going to add a little of the oil with achote to our stew.
Now is the time to add the chicken, which we cooked before and shredded.
Now it is time to add the potatoes that we cut into cubes. It is also time to rectify the salt and pepper and let it cook. Until our potato is well cooked.

And this is our stew for the Hallacas. I wish you could smell how delicious this stew is as well as being very tasty.

Now we put the stew.
Vamos a colocar algunas uvas pasas y aceitunas.
We are going to place some raisins and olives.
Once we close the Hallaca it looks like this.
Now we are going to cook them in boiling water. For approximately 30 minutes.
And this is how our Hallaca looks already ready. We accompany it with chicken salad and ham bread.
Great recipe! It looks very, very appetizing. I adore everything made from meat! It is a pity that I will not be able to prepare this recipe! I do not have banana leaves and they are not sold in Slovakia. As well as a few other ingredients!
It's a shame friend, this recipe is very delicious and is very typical here in Venezuela at Christmas time.
I believe you!!! I look at your photos and I salivate!))) Maybe someday I will be in your area and will definitely stock up on these products!)
