Feliz noche amigos. Hoy les traigo el paso a paso de esta torta, es una torta que tiene mucho sabor a limón. La verdad que cuando la prepare estaba asustada pues sentí que no sabía tan bien pero ayer la probé cuando la cortamos y estaba deliciosa.
Good night friends. Today I bring you the step by step of this cake, it is a cake that has a lot of lemon flavor. The truth is that when I prepared it I was scared because I felt that it did not taste so good but yesterday I tried it when we cut it and it was delicious.
Los ingredientes que necesitamos son los siguientes:
- 250 gr de mantequilla.
- 4 tazas de harina de trigo.
- 6 huevos.
- 2 tazas de azúcar.
- media taza de zumo de limón.
- 1 cucharada de ralladura de limón.
- media taza de agua.
The ingredients we need are the following:
- 250 gr of butter.
- 4 cups of wheat flour.
- 6 eggs.
- 2 cups of sugar.
- half a cup of lemon juice.
- 1 tablespoon of lemon zest.
- half cup water.
Vamos a comenzar nuestra torta colocando toda la mantequilla y una taza de azúcar.
We are going to start our cake by placing all the butter and a cup of sugar.
También vamos a colocar la ralladura de limón.
We are also going to place the lemon zest.
Luego de que batimos bien la mantequilla, azúcar y ralladura de limón. Ahora agregamos las yemas.
After we beat the butter, sugar and lemon zest well. Now we add the yolks.
Ahora agregamos la harina de trigo.
Now we add the wheat flour.
Es momento de agregar el jugo de limón.
It is time to add the lemon juice.
Y ahora agregamos el agua.
And now we add the water.
Con las claras que separamos al principio y la taza de azúcar vamos a hacer un merengue para agregarlo en nuestra mezcla, esto ayudará a qué tengamos una torta esponjosa.
With the whites that we separated at the beginning and the cup of sugar we are going to make a meringue to add it to our mixture, this will help us to have a spongy cake.
Aquí tenemos nuestra mezcla lista para agregarla en nuestro molde y llevarla al horno.

Aquí tenemos nuestra torta lista. Yo la corte para dejarla derecha y lista para decorar.

Ahora con una manga pastelera vamos a comenzar a colocar merengue en nuestra torta.
Now with a pastry bag we are going to start placing meringue on our cake.
Tratamos de dejar el merengue parejo por toda la torta.
We try to leave the meringue even all over the cake.
Para terminarlo colocamos algunas flores de papel, sprinkles y algo de brillantina.
To finish it we put some paper flowers, sprinkles and some glitter.
