Hola amigos, espero que estén teniendo un gran día, hoy les traigo una receta personal que también es de mis favoritas, unas albóndigas de pollo y papa en salsa de tomate agridulce, una receta rápida, fácil de hacer y muy rendidora, espero que les guste, sin más nada que añadir comencemos.

Hello friends, I hope you are having a great day, today I bring you a personal recipe that is also one of my favorites, some chicken and potato meatballs in sweet and sour tomato sauce, a quick recipe, easy to make and very profitable, I hope you like it. like, without further ado let's start.

Ingredientes / Ingredients

● 2 Antemuslos de pollo o ¼ de pechuga de pollo.
● 2 Papas medianas.
● ½ Cebolla.
● 2 Tomates.
● 4 Dientes de ajo.
● 3 Cucharadas de harina de trigo.
● 5 Cucharadas de harina de maíz.
● Adobo o sal.
● 4 Cucharadas de vinagre.
● 4 Cucharadas de azúcar.
● 1 Cucharada de salsa de soya.
● 1 Cucharada de orégano molido.
● Aceite para freír.

● 2 chicken thighs or ¼ chicken breast.
● 2 medium potatoes.
● ½ Onion.
● 2 Tomatoes.
● 4 cloves of garlic.
● 3 tablespoons of wheat flour.
● 5 tablespoons of corn flour.
● Marinade or salt.
● 4 tablespoons of vinegar.
● 4 tablespoons of sugar.
● 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
● 1 tablespoon of ground oregano.
● Oil for frying.

Preparación paso a paso / Step by step preparation

Comenzamos esta preparación pelando y cortando la papa en trozos, la lavamos muy bien bajo el chorro de agua y las colocamos a hervir hasta que ablanden.

We begin this preparation by peeling and cutting the potato into pieces, wash it very well under running water and place it to boil until it softens.

Vertemos en la licuadora los tomates, la cebolla, los dientes de ajo y media cucharada de orégano, ya por último añadimos media taza de agua y licuamos a potencia máxima para luego verter el contenido licuado en un sartén a fuego medio.

Let's pour the tomatoes, onion, garlic cloves and half a tablespoon of oregano into the blender, and finally add half a cup of water and blend at maximum power and then pour the blended content into a pan over medium heat.

Condimentamos la salsa añadiendo 4 cucharadas de vinagre, 4 cucharadas de azúcar y sal, adobo o sabroceador al gusto, ya por ultimo añadimos una cucharada de salsa de soya y mezclamos bien.

Season the sauce by adding 4 tablespoons of vinegar, 4 tablespoons of sugar and salt, marinade or flavoring to taste, and finally add a tablespoon of soy sauce and mix well.

Una vez que hayan ablandado las papas las retiramos del fuego, las colamos, llevamos a un bowl, las trituramos hasta hacer un puré y reservamos.

Once the potatoes have softened, remove them from the heat, strain them, take them to a bowl, mash them until they are pureed and reserve.

Cortamos los antemuslos en trozos pequeños y los vertemos en una olla con agua y dejamos cocinar hasta hervir, una vez rompa en hervor retiramos el pollo del agua y lo mezclamos con la papa, añadimos 4 cucharadas de harina de trigo, condimento al gusto y mezclamos bien.

Cut the thighs into small pieces and pour them into a pot with water and let cook until boiling, once it boils, remove the chicken from the water and mix it with the potato, add 4 tablespoons of wheat flour, seasoning to taste and mix right.

En un plato vertemos harina de maíz para empanizar, aunque podemos usar pan rallado o harina de trigo, me gusta la harina de maíz porque le da una consistencia más crujiente, tomamos pequeñas porciones de la mezcla de papa y pollo, le otorgamos forma redonda y cubrimos con la harina de maíz.

In a plate we pour corn flour to bread, although we can use breadcrumbs or wheat flour, I like corn flour because it gives it a crunchier consistency, we take small portions of the potato and chicken mixture, we give it a round shape and We cover with corn flour.

Freímos a temperatura media en abundante aceite caliente, al estar previamente cocida la papa y el pollo solo debemos cocinar las albóndigas hasta que doren, una vez que hayan dorado retiramos del fuego y colocamos sobre papel absorbente para eliminar el exceso de aceite.

Fry at medium temperature in plenty of hot oil, as the potato and chicken are previously cooked, we only have to cook the meatballs until golden brown, once they have browned, remove from heat and place on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.

Una vez que las albóndigas hayan reposado las introducimos en la salsa de tomates y cocinamos por 5 minutos antes de servir y comer.

Once the meatballs have rested, we introduce them in the tomato sauce and cook for 5 minutes before serving and eating.
