Hola amigos, feliz día, espero que se encuentren bien, el día de hoy les enseñare a preparar unas deliciosas tortillas de harina de trigo, son muy fáciles de hacer y requieren de muy poco tiempo, espero que esta receta les guste, sin más nada que añadir, comencemos.
Hello friends, happy day, I hope you are well, today I will teach you how to prepare some delicious wheat flour tortillas, they are very easy to make and require very little time, I hope you like this recipe, without further ado What to add, let's start.
- 300 gr de harina de trigo.
- 1/2 Cucharada de levadura.
- 1/2 Cucharada de sal.
- 4 Cucharadas de azúcar.
- 1/4 Taza de agua.
(Estas porciones rinden para aproximadamente 8 tortillas.)
The main ingredients for this preparation are:
- 300 gr of wheat flour.
- 1/2 tablespoon of yeast.
- 1/2 tablespoon of salt.
- 4 tablespoons of sugar.
- 1/4 Cup of water.
(These servings make approximately 8 tortillas.)
Comenzamos esta preparación vertiendo todos los ingredientes en un bowl y mezclándolos hasta formar una masa homogénea, una vez hecho esto debemos dejar reposar por una hora.
We begin this preparation by pouring all the ingredients into a bowl and mixing them until they form a homogeneous mass, once this is done we must let it rest for an hour.
Pasado el tiempo de reposo esparcimos una pequeña cantidad de harina de trigo sobre la superficie de la masa y amasamos bien por un mínimo de 10 minutos.
After the resting time, we spread a small amount of wheat flour on the surface of the dough and knead well for a minimum of 10 minutes.
Tomamos una pequeña porción de la masa y la colocamos en una superficie enharinada y aplanamos con ayuda de un rodillo, si buscamos que las tortillas sean perfectamente redondas podemos utilizar una tapa como molde para darle la forma.
We take a small portion of the dough and place it on a floured surface and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin, if we want the tortillas to be perfectly round we can use a lid as a mold to give it the shape.
Colocamos un sartén a fuego medio, añadimos un poco de aceite y lo esparcimos por su superficie y cocinamos las tortillas tomando en cuenta que al ser muy delgadas se cocinan muy rápido, por lo que tenemos que tener cuidado o se pueden quemar.
We place a pan over medium heat, add a little oil and spread it over its surface and cook the tortillas taking into account that being very thin they cook very quickly, so we have to be careful or they can burn.
