Un saludo mis queridos amigos, espero se encuentre bien, hoy estoy nuevamente con ustedes y quiero mostrarles otra de mis preparaciones fáciles y rápidas que preparo yo principalmente para compartir con mi padre o algún miembro de mi familia, siendo éste bastante práctico y que rinde bastante en cantidad dentro del hogar junto con mis seres queridos e igual no deja de ser delicioso.

La semana pasada les mostré una fácil y práctica salsa de tomate que preparo yo en ésta temporada para aprovechar la siembra y temporada de ésta deliciosa y popular fruta 🍅 a partir de esa salsa que sería básica, yo aprovecho y preparo varias recetas con ella, entre tantas recetas está una sabrosa pizza en el sartén, la cual se hace de una forma rápida y es completamente disfrutable y se las quiero mostrar para entusiasmar al que me lea y que lo repitan en sus hogares.

Ingredientes
- Dos tazas de harina de trigo 🍕 Two cups of wheat flour
- 30 g de levadura granulada 🍕 30 g granulated yeast
- 300 ml de salsa de tomate casera 🍕 300 ml of homemade tomato sauce
- Media cebolla previamente cortada 🍕 Half onion previously cut
- Una cucharada pequeña de orégano 🍕 A small spoonful of oregano
- 150 g de queso mozzarella rebanado 🍕 150 g sliced mozzarella cheese
- 150 g de jamón de pierna rebanado 🍕 150 g of sliced leg ham
- Media taza de agua 🍕 Half cup water
- Sal, pimienta y azúcar al gusto 🍕 Salt, pepper and sugar to taste
Preparación
La preparación es muy sencilla, lo primero que hago es colocar la harina de trigo y la levadura en un envase hondo, ahí agrego agua, una pizca de sal y de azúcar, mezclo todos los ingredientes hasta integrar y que no se peguen en mis manos, dejo reposar cinco minutos a temperatura ambiente y luego divido la masa en dos partes para luego estirar primero una e ir colocando a cocinar, no estiro las dos de inmediato sino que hago cada pizza al momento.

Al estirar la masa la coloco sobre el sartén que sea antiadherente y un truco que tengo para que no se queme la masa super feo es que coloco pastante harina sobre ella antes de cocinar, si desean pueden agregar alguna grasa sobre el sartén para que eviten que se pegue. La temperatura debe ser baja, al mínimo y la masa debe estar estirada en un forma circular, al momento de colocar en el sartén como no es un calor muy fuerte pueden aprovechar y con la mano hacer la forma de los bordes.

Al minuto de haber puesto la masa a cocinar se agregan sobre ésta los demas ingredientes en orden, primero ls salsa de tomate, luego la cebolla, continuando con jamón, queso y orégano.

Se debe tapar la pizza y moverse el sarten del fuego cada dos minutos, ésto es para que en la parte baja de la masa no se queme mucho la pizza, entonces se hace hasta que pasen por lo menos de siete a doce minutos aproximadamente, luego se retira la pizza del fuego y se puede repetir procedimiento con la siguiente hasta que estén todas listas.
The pizza must be covered and the pan must be moved from the heat every two minutes, this is so that the pizza does not burn too much in the lower part of the dough, so it is done until at least seven to twelve minutes have elapsed, then The pizza is removed from the heat and the procedure can be repeated with the next one until they are all ready.
Fácil y rápida pizza de cocción en el sartén
Yo tengo horno pero he de admitir que a veces prefiero cocinarla así porque me gusta variar en preparaciones... Además es una cena sabrosa y muy práctica para compartir, casi siempre la preparo así básica de jamón y queso pero a mi papá le gusta agregarle más ingredientes. Hoy quise mostrarla a todos ustedes para que vean lo genial que es tener salsa casera con la cuál uno puede ser creativo y preparar recetas así y de forma económica, no hay que gastar mucho dinero para comer delicioso.
I have an oven but I have to admit that sometimes I prefer to cook it like this because I like to vary the preparations...
