Hello, friends especially foodies!
Yesterday after church time, I didn’t want to eat something heavy and I thought crepes would be the perfect solution for me. So I went to the food court, to the one and only crepes stall there. The crepes was popular, that’s why no wonder many customers were there to order and to wait for their order to be made.
This was their stall
These were customers who were waiting for their order to be made
The menu they had
They had variants of crepes they offered which divided into savory crepes, soft crepes, sweet crepes and ice cream crepes. All the crepes were packaged with drink, the standard would be green tea or mineral water. But you could also upgrade it into yogurt tea or milk tea or soft drink or minute maid, of course by paying little extra money.
For the savory crepes, the variants of flavour they had were beef burger, pepperoni pizza, smoked beef & cheese, chilli doc, steak & cheese, crispy chicken BBQ, spicy tuna, and tuna pizza. While for the sweet crepes, the variants of flavour they had were choco cheese, banana choco, banana vanilla custard, oreo vanilla custard, choco custard, nutella cheese, cookies n cream, banana choco melt, double choco, peanut & cheese, and choco peanut.
If you want the crepes in soft skin they offered silverqueen, ovomaltine cheese and ovomaltine oreo choice. While for the ice cream crepes, you could choose between the original crunchy crepes or soft skin crepes with the choices of choco lovers and queen B or choose 2-3 toppings you want to create your own ice cream crepe, while the cheereo menu they offered only could be match with the soft skin crepe.
How to make the crepe was shown right in front of us. They put the dough on the hot crepe maker machine, then put the fillings in it, wait for sometimes until all the ingredients well cooked then closed by folded it.
Then this is it, messy crepe I got, I hope the flavour wouldn’t be as messy as its’ look.
Like usually bought my favourite smoked beef & cheese flavour. It had tasty flavour even it was messy. The crepe tasted crispy but it was soft too, it had savory sweet flavour. While the filling, nothing should you doubt about the flavour, the smoked beef was so tasty in savory, it had cheese too so it was cheesy savory and letucce plus they added mayonaisse dressing and tomato sauce to bring some sweet and sour flavour, plus if you didn’t say anything they also will put chilli sauce to your crepe. Overall I got the tasty but messy crepe, luckily it tasted much better than its' look.
Anyway, the food court was popular so that I needed to sit on the sharing table, even not in the dine in time. But like usually, it was nice, clean and neat.
Would you try this tasty messy crepe too?
