Hello, friends especially foodies!
Recently craving for Japanese Noodle a.k.a ramen so then when i went to Grand Indonesia shopping center i remembered to go to one of my favorite ramen stall. I used to go there with my late mother, it was her favorite ramen too.
When we came to the food court, it was 11.19 am a bit too early for lunch but there would be many customers there if we came there a bit late. Here how the stall looked..
Even at this time, still there one customer before us there.
The menu that this food stall had were mostly ramen. The ramen that they sold were in Nagoya style. For the packages, they had combos, which sold ramen packaged with ocha and side dish or dessert.
The choices of signature ramen they had were special ramen, spicy ramen, niku iri ramen, egg ramen and sugakiya ramen. They also had seasonal & sides like mazesoba, curry ramen, tori don, curry rice, tebasaki, fried takoyaki and fried gyoza.
For sweet dessert they had kurizen, shaved ice in strawberry or matcha, matcha kintoki, ice cream cone and sundae in strawberry, matcha or chocolate. While for drinks they only had buavita, le minerale and ocha.
They also hung their menu on their back top.
Beside ramen and other we order, i also order sweet dessert. Can you guess what it was by seeing this picture of the seller while he was preparing it?
Here was how our table looked that day, we ordered sugakiya ramen and special ramen. And the ramen were packaged with the side dish and ocha. Plus i ordered the sweet dessert too.
The first one, let me talk about their noodle. The different between sugakiya ramen and special ramen were only the number of slice chicken it served with as topping and also the egg. The special ramen had extra chicken barbeque slices plus egg.

The basic flavour of the noodle was savory with soft a bit chewy texture of the noodle. It was so tasty and served in deep broth soup that tasted so good too. Plus it served with sliced barbeque chicken which had soft texture and had sweet dominated flavour that really matched with the noodle.
You could add extra sliced chili to your noodle to add some spicy flavour to it. So it would be even tastier!
Well now for the side dish we also had fried gyoza.
It had crispy crunchy but soft skin with much filling of minced chicken inside. It tasted so good in savory, yummy!
Beside fried gyoza, we also had fried takoyaki. It had soft creamy texture inside with savory sweet flavour. It was also tasty too. It was one of the best i've ever had!
We also still had their strawberry shaved ice.
It actually was shaved iced served with strawberry syrup which had sweet a bit sour flavour. It also had vanilla ice cream on the top which had sweet flavour and so milky. Overall, they made a perfect match.
And another good thing, we had their free flow ocha too.
Well, overall both of us agree that the noodle and everything there were so tasty that we must come back there again next time.

Oh that's a great combination! I love Matcha so having the beverage roundup looks amazing to me. The picture of the table with all the dishes looks great, it all looks very yummy.
It's funny that here in Spain Ramen is still uncommon and very exotic food, until now I couldn't get a stall like that in a food court, only eat it in specialized restaurants.
