Hola amigos de Hive y especialmente a mi comunidad @FoodiesBeeHive, hoy es viernes y cerramos la semana con una rica receta de panquecas.🍴

Comenzamos.

Hello friends of Hive and especially to my community Foodies Bee Hive, today is Friday and we close the week with a delicious pancake recipe.

We begin.

Ingredientes.

1 huevo.
4 cucharadas de leche en polvo
1 taza pequeña de agua
4 cucharas de azúcar
1 cucharada pequeña de vainilla
1 taza de harina de trigo
100ml de aceite
una cucharada de mantequilla.
Para degustar.
Queso o con lo que usted prefiera

Preparación.

Paso 1 / Step 1

Vertemos en nuestra licuadora el huevo y la azúcar, dejamos batir por 10 segundos.

Pour the egg and sugar into our blender and blend for 10 seconds.

Paso 2 / Step 2

Echamos el aceite, dejamos batir.

Add the oil and let it whisk.

Paso 3 / Step 3

Agregamos el agua y la leche junto con la vainilla.

Add the water and milk along with the vanilla.

Paso 4 / Step 4

Ahora vamos agregando la harina hasta que vaya agarrando la consistencia que deseamos.

Now add the flour until it reaches the desired consistency.

Paso 5 / Step 5

Calentamos el sartén y lo mantenemos con una temperatura baja, ponemos un poquito de mantequilla en nuestro sartén y vertemos la mezcla.

We heat the pan and keep it at a low temperature, put a little butter in our pan and pour the mixture.

Paso 6 / Step 6

Hemos terminado y estamos listos para comer.

We have finished and are ready to eat.
