Hacer el pan de jamon para 24 y 31 es lo que mas me gusta y es que este rico pan relleno es muy delicioso y lo podemos acompañar con lo que queramos.
Making ham bread for 24 and 31 is what I like the most and that is that this rich stuffed bread is very delicious and we can accompany it with whatever we want.
Los ingredientes que necesitamos son los siguientes:
-500 gramos de harina de trigo
-1/2 de agua tibia
-3 cucharadas de levadura
-1 cucharadita de azúcar
-1 cucharada de sal
-5 cucharadas de mantequilla
-1 huevo
-2 tazas de leche tibia
-300 gramos de jamon ahumado
-200 gramos de pasas
-200 gramos de aceitunas verdes
The ingredients we need are the following:
-500 grams of wheat flour
-1/2 of warm water
-3 tablespoons yeast
-1 teaspoon of sugar
-1 tablespoon of salt
-5 tablespoons of butter
-1 egg
-2 cups of warm milk
-300 grams of smoked ham
-200 grams of raisins
-200 grams of green olives
1.-Colocamos 1/2 taza de agua tibia con 3 cucharadas de levadura y dejamos reposar por 30 minutos
1.-Place 1/2 cup of warm water with 3 tablespoons of yeast and let it rest for 30 minutes
2.-Luego en un bol colocamos la leche tibia, la levadura, el azucar, la sal, la mantequilla, el huevo y la harina de trigo y comenzamos a amasar. Hacemos una bola y la cubrimos para dejar reposar por 30 minutos.
2.-Then in a bowl we place the warm milk, yeast, sugar, salt, butter, egg and wheat flour and begin to knead. We make a ball and cover it to let it rest for 30 minutes.
3.-Colocamos la masa en una superficie con harina y extendemos con la ayuda del rodillo hasta obtener un rectangulo. Agregamos uniformemente el jamon ahumado, las pasas y las aceitunas, enrollamos como un brazo gitano y decoramos con unas tiras en forma de zic zac.
3.-We place the dough on a surface with flour and spread with the help of the roller until we obtain a rectangle. We evenly add the smoked ham, raisins and olives, roll up like a gypsy arm and decorate with some strips in the shape of a zic zac.
4.-Dejamos reposar nuevamente por 30 minutos en una bandeja engrasada con mantequilla y harina. Luego llevamos al horno por 20 a 25 minutos.
4.-Let it rest again for 30 minutes on a tray greased with butter and flour. Then we take to the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cuando los panes ya esten dorados los sacamos del horno, dejamos enfriar y estan listos para comer y disfrutarlos en familia. Gracias por leer amigos, espero les guste.
