Greetings friends, I hope you are well with your family. Today I want to tell you about my impressions when I ate at the Bonsai Sushi restaurant in the Parque Los Aviadores shopping center, located in the city of Maracay, specifically in the food court. The thing is that since I arrived in Peru I had a lot of desire to try something good when we talk about Sushi, and I was trying some and the truth is that they were not very good and not bad, but did not meet what I was used to in Lima, since there they made in a place where I went called Shimaya some incredible Sushi with super fresh fish. Of course, when it comes to seafood or something like that, they really are the best, especially since there are a lot of Japanese descendants there.

The thing is that I decided to try this place, and I ordered 2 types of sushi which was on promotion and each with a cost of 5 dollars, both came with a drink that could be chosen to preference, I love peach nestee so I ordered that flavor. It was time to tell me which sushi, I was drawn to one that was tempura tempura and had fish on top called Yonaguni Roll and the great thing is that this was 12 pieces (almost all are 10 pieces) this consists of Japanese rice, white fish filling and breaded, crab, cream cheese, avocado and a topping of crunchy tuna, mayonnaise and eel sauce.

The next one I ordered was one that resembled one I used to eat a lot in Peru called California, this one is called Kani Roll, it has Japanese rice, cream cheese, avocado, breaded crab filling with dynamite paste, sesame and eel sauce. I ordered all of them without scallions since I don't like them in sushi. I loved both styles, and I was really happy and not to lie to you since I am a fan of this dish, to have found a place that makes it good, of course there are many differences to what I used to eat in Peru, but it is quite good, the products or ingredients felt fresh and the quality of the rice was good, something that I had not tasted here before.

I learned to eat sushi in Peru and it is unfortunate that before I had not had the opportunity to try them, it is one of my favorite foods and now that this place called Bonsai Sushi what a time but I did not know it was a good experience. Thanks for reading me.
