oyster sauce, can't go wrong with that. I was surprised to see you guys eat with so much sauce though. Reminds of a dish in Japan called Kin medai.

Oh yeah, we really are more sauce-y and soupy type of cooking style here, most Chinese cooking involves oyster sauce or other sauces. 🤗
