hahaha I like how you describe the muffins - so funny. I love making sandwiches with frieds eggs. I did a bit diffferent by cracking the eggs and then stir them well, adding some green onions and some drops of fish sauce then I will fry them. I just like it that way. But it took more than 5 minutes for me to cook them :(

Sure. It will be great to share with you the food I can make. Since living overseas, my cooking skills have been improving a lot. I am good at making summer rolls, spring rolls, chả lá lốt (I don't know if we have the name in English) and I can cook beef or chicken Phở now. So proud of myself, it is too easy to buy street food in Vietnam so I didn't bother to cook or learn cooking properly.

Oh right, so it is called betal leaves, so good to know, thanks bae. In the north we often cook with pork mince instead of beef
