Is there anything better than broaster chicken? Yes, to enjoy it with the family and if it is celebrating, as one of us did, so much better.
The food, as always present in the most important moments, this time we did not go to Montaña Broaster. We did go to the sister restaurant of the Montaña Grill, which I had already had the pleasure of telling you about. The difference between them is that this one specializes in chicken.
¿Existe algo mejor que el pollo a la broaster? Sí, disfrutarlo en familia y si es festejando, él logró de uno de nosotros, mucho mejor.
La comida, como siempre presente en los momentos más importantes, en esta oportunidad no fuimos a conocer la Montaña Broaster. Si el restaurante hermano de la Montaña Grill, de el cual ya había tenido el gusto de hablarles. La diferencia entre ellos es que este se especializa en pollo.
One of the things we all agree on in the family is that we all like chicken and for children it is the ideal choice. It is a very versatile nutritious protein, because it can acquire different flavors depending on the seasoning you give it.
Broaster chicken is a delicious dish. It may not be the healthiest way to eat chicken, but it is one of the tastiest. However, I have had a few disappointments when eating this type of chicken and I consider that a good broaster chicken is one whose crust or breading is crispy and does not feel greasy. On the inside, the chicken should be well cooked but juicy.
Hoping not to be disappointed once again, we went to this restaurant located on Los Proceres Avenue in the city of Merida. It is our first time at this location and we simply loved it. It has everything we were looking for: a nice place, spacious, comfortable, with a nice decoration and of course a good service.
Una de las cosas en las que coincidimos en la familia es que a todos nos gusta el pollo y para los niños es la opción ideal. Es una proteína nutritiva muy versátil, porque puede adquirir distintos sabores dependiendo de la sazón que le des.
El pollo a la broaster es un plato delicioso. Tal vez no es la opción más saludable de comer pollo, pero es una de las más sabrosas. Eso sí, he tenido unas cuantas decepciones al comer este tipo de pollo y es que considero que un buen pollo a la broaster es aquel cuya corteza o su rebozado este crujiente y no se sienta grasoso. Por dentro, el pollo debe estar en su punto, bien cocido pero jugoso.
Con la esperanza de no decepcionarnos una vez más, nos fuimos a este restaurante ubicado en la Av. los Próceres de la ciudad de Mérida. Es nuestra primera vez en esta locación y simplemente nos encantó. Tiene todo lo que buscamos: un sitio agradable, amplio, cómodo, con una linda decoración y por supuesto una buena atención.
We really like that it has several family tables, so it was not difficult to find a table for 10 people. Another positive thing is a varied menu that adapts to your needs, in terms of quantity and economy. We chose a family combo that includes 20 pieces of chicken, french fries, 06 salads and sweet arepitas, and of course assorted sauces to go with it.
Nos gusta mucho que tiene varias mesas familiares, así que no fue dificil encontrar una mesa para 10 personas. Otra cosa positiva, es un menú variado que se adapta a tus necesidades, en cuanto a cantidad y economia. Elegimos un combo familiar que incluye 20 piezas de pollo, papas fritas, 06 ensaladas y arepitas dulces, y por supuesto salsas variadas para acompañar.
This combo was perfect for us, as I mentioned, there were 10 of us. Honestly this is one of the best broaster chickens I have tasted in Merida, crispy coating full of flavor and well seasoned and cooked meat. The salad is the same as in the steak restaurant, very tasty, it has a dressing that makes you want to eat and eat more salad. And the potatoes were crispy and with good texture and flavor.
Este combo era perfecto para nosotros, que como ya mencione, eramos 10 personas. Sinceramente este es uno de los mejores pollos a la broaster que he probado en Mérida, capa crujiente llena de sabor y una carne bien sazonada y cocida. La ensalada si es la misma del restaurante de las carnes, muy rica, tiene un aderezo que hace que quieras comer y comer mas ensalada. Y las papás estaban crujientes y con buena textura y sabor.
We all enjoyed this dinner to the fullest, besides the good company and the joy of being together in that happy moment. The broaster mountain gave us a great gastronomic experience.
Todos disfrutamos esta cena al máximo, además de la buena compañía y la alegría de estar juntos en ese momento feliz. La montaña broaster nos dio una gran experiencia gastronómica.
