Kolač sa višnjama-Cherry cake

Ovo je kolač koji svi volimo a veoma se brzo i lako pravi.Recept imam od moje mame.I ona je nama često pravila ovaj kolač.Moja deca ga obožavaju,a verujem da će se i vama svideti.Sastojke ne merim na grame nego na šolju od 2dcl.

This is a cake that we all love and it is very quick and easy to make. I have a recipe from my mother. She often made us this cake. My children adore it, and I believe that you will like it. I do not measure ingredients by grams but by a cup of 2dcl.

Potrebni sastojci su:

1 puna kasika masti dobro promesati
1 šolja šecera
1 šolja mleka
1 šolja griza
1 šolha brašna
1 šolja višanja dobro procedjene od soka(moze i vise visanja)
1 prasak za pecivo
1 kašika pekmeza
2 žumanca

Required ingredients are:

1 full spoon of fat mix well
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup wheat semolina
1 cup of flour
1 cup of sour cherries well strained from the juice (maybe more cherries)
1 baking powder
1 tablespoon jam
2 egg yolks

Sve sastojke sjediniti i promesati.
Izliti u podmazan pleh i peći.

Combine all ingredients and mix.
Pour into a greased pan and bake.

200gr čokolade za kuvanje otopiti sa malo mleka i ulja i preliti preko kolača.

Melt 200 g of cooking chocolate with a little milk and oil and pour over the cake.

Ovo je kolac koji se brzo pravi,ukusan je.Visnje u kombinaciji sa čokoladom daju poseban divan ukus.
