Oh, you really do know how to make a great set of ribs!! Slow and low wins every time!!

I double wrap them, but only because that is the way my dad did it. I dont think there is anything better for a summer holidsy!

The homemade mac and cheese with brussel sprouts is perfect!! Now I want baby backs!!

Next time I will plan a little better and make sure we have enough foil that I can double wrap them. I didn't really think it would make a difference, but the fact that most the recipes specify that you double wrap them probably means it is more significant than I thought!
