Well friend, before breaking the fast, me and my colleague traveled to find what food was good to eat when breaking fast, as a result we decided to find food whose presence was very phenomenal in the area of Aceh, the name of this food is "Matang Satay". Matang is the name of the area First introduce this food, such as satay in general, satay puncture with goat meat or beef, which is then burned over charcoal fire to issue a very aroused aroma.
Which distinguishes "Matang Satay" with other types of satay in Indonesia is, in addition to the way of presentation that uses rice, "Matang Satay" is also served with soup sauce as a complement. The philosophy is because the Acehnese likes to eat something using rice, then this matang satay is served using rice and also a soup of soup as a complement. Soto sauce which is served is also different, because there are pieces of meat and fat meat inside. According to people, a combination of sweet peanut sauce, a warm soup that was refreshing and this soft satay meat that made the mature satay look different from other satay in Indonesia.
Processed peanut sauce in "Matang Satay" also uses a typical Aceh spice, you know if the food processed in Aceh always presents a distinctive spices. Don't forget a little piece of lime on a peanut sauce to display a fresh impression. When your satay puncture dips into peanut spices, you will feel extraordinary blessings. Not forgetting with the bribe of warm white rice and soup sauce into complementary pleasure.
Matang Satay typical Aceh's is a processed satay from Bireun Regency, namely "Matang Geuleumpang Dua" It is said that from this area the first mature satay is first introduced. Until now the mature satay has spread to all regions in Aceh.
