The basic of my dishes is Tomato Apart from the attractive red color of the tomatoes, the combination of the fresh, sour from tomato and spicy flavors from chili and black pepper are my favorite dish. Tomatoes are also rich in substances that are good for health, especially as nutrients for the skin. Lets check, what ingredients we need.
Ingredients

• 1 egg |
• 1 tomato vegetables |
• 4 chilies |
• 3 champignons mushroom |
• 5 large shrimps |
• Carrot |
• Cabbage |
• 3 garlic |
• 1 bowl boiled Udon noodles |
How to make
• Wash thoroughly and slice all ingredients.
• Sauté garlic and chilies until fragrant.
• Add the tomato slices and also fry the eggs.
• Then put the champignons mushroom, shrimp and carrot slices.
• Add chopped cabbage and black pepper, wait for a little wilted.
• Add the udon noodles and wait for it to boil for a while. Turn off the stove and the udon noodles are ready to serve.
I really like the thick and chewy texture of the udon noodles.
Tips for boiling udon noodles,
• Wait until the water boiling and then put the udon noodles, let it cooked ± 5 minutes.
• Put olive oil in the cooking water to make the Udon Noodle texture not sticky.
• Remove, strain and flush with cold water so that the taste remains chewy even if not used immediately or stored in the refrigerator.
