Aquí les traigo un deliciosa pechuga de pollo salteada con vegetales.

Here I bring you a delicious chicken breast sautéed with vegetables.

##Ingredientes:

Pechuga de pollo
Tomate
Cebolla
Pimiento verde
Adobo
Ajo

##Ingredients:

Chicken breast
Tomato
Onion
Green pepper
Dressing
Garlic

Para iniciar primero lave mis vegetales, luego los pique en juliana cada uno.

To start I wash my vegetables first, then julienne them each.

Posterior a eso en un salten agregue un poco de aceite y luego añadí los vegetales para sofreír.

After that, in a pan, add a little oil and then add the vegetables to fry.

Luego agregue el pollo cortado en tiras y sofreí por unos minutos.

Then add the chicken cut into strips and sauté for a few minutes.

Una vez cocido los vegetales bien y el pollo retiro del fuego.

Once the vegetables are cooked well and the chicken is removed from the heat.
