INGREDIENTES PARA EL POLLO:
1/2 Pollo
Cebolla
Champiñones
Cebollín
Pimienta
Orégano
Aliño en polvo
Salsa de ajo
Cubito de pollo

FOR CHICKEN:
1/2 chicken
Onion
Mushrooms
Chives
Pepper
Oregano
Dressing powder
Garlic sauce
Chicken cube

INGREDIENTES PARA LOS FRIJOLES:
1/4KG de frijoles
Media cebolla
Una ramita de cebollín
Orégano
3 dientes de ajo
1/2 Cubito de pollo
INGREDIENTS FOR BEANS:
1 / 4KG of beans
Half an onion
A sprig of chives
Oregano
3 garlic cloves
1/2 chicken cube

PREPARACION DEL POLLO:
Iniciamos picando el pollo a nuestra preferencia y lo agregamos en un caldero así le podemos añadir los condimentos (pimienta, aliño en polvo, cubito de pollo) la cebolla, el cebollín (previamente picado en pedazos pequeños), el orégano, la salsa de ajo, y por ultimo los champiñones.
CHICKEN PREPARATION:
We start by chopping the chicken to our preference and add it in a cauldron so we can add the seasonings (pepper, powdered dressing, chicken cube) the onion, the chives (previously chopped into small pieces), the oregano, the garlic sauce , and finally the mushrooms.

Le agregamos una taza de agua para que todos los ingredientes compacten y el pollo agarre gusto.

PREPARACION DE LOS FRIJOLES:
Vamos a tomar los frijoles y los vamos a lavar bien y después los pondremos a hervir hasta que los frijoles hayan sacado toda la espuma, mientras los frijoles están en el fuego vamos preparando otro caldero con agua y la ponemos a hervir. Los frijoles al sacar toda la espuma le sacamos toda esa agua y le agregamos el agua que montamos a hervir así de esa forma evitamos que los frijoles nos provoquen gases.
PREPARATION OF BEANS:
We are going to take the beans and we are going to wash them well and then we will put them to boil until the beans have removed all the foam, while the beans are on the fire we prepare another cauldron with water and put it to boil. The beans when removing all the foam we remove all that water and add the water that we assemble to boil so that in that way we avoid that the beans cause us gas.

Seguidamente probamos que los frijoles ya estén flojos y le añadimos los ajos, la cebolla, el cebollín (todo picado), el orégano y el cubito de pollo, mezclamos bien y lo dejamos a fuego medio hasta espesar se le puede agregar un toque de azúcar para darles ese toque dulce.
Then we test that the beans are already loose and add the garlic, onion, chives (all chopped), oregano and the chicken cube, mix well and leave it over medium heat until thick, you can add a touch of sugar to give them that sweet touch.
