Berenjenas
Ajo
Mayonesa
Sal

Preparation:
Iniciamos colocando la berenjena al fuego directo, cuando esté un poco quemada retiramos del fuego.
We start by placing the eggplant over direct heat, when it is a little burned we remove from the heat.
Aún calientes le quitamos la piel para obtener la pulpa de la berenjena.
Still hot, we remove the skin to obtain the eggplant pulp.
Luego añadimos en la licuadora, al igual que la mayonesa,sal y ajo. Licuamos hasta que se integren muy bien los ingredientes.
Then we add in the blender, like the mayonnaise, salt and garlic. Blend until the ingredients are well integrated.
Servimos, le añadímos un poco de perejil y acompañamos con galletas de soda.
We serve, add a little parsley and accompany with soda crackers.
