El día de hoy les traigo una deliciosa natilla de coco; es libre de azúcar, pero queda con un sabor único. Es muy fácil de hacer, a continuación te muestro el paso a paso para su preparación.

Hello to all the friends who make life in this wonderful community of Foodies Bee Hive, it is a pleasure for me to be with all of you again. Today I bring you a delicious coconut custard; It is sugar free, but it has a unique flavor. It is very easy to do, below I show you the step by step for its preparation.

Ingredientes:

600 mililitros de leche de coco
3 yemas de huevo
2 cucharadas de almidón de maíz
1 cucharadita de canela en polvo
Coco rallado

Ingredients:
600 milliliters of coconut milk
3 egg yolks
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
grated coconut

Agregamos la leche de coco en una olla, luego incorporamos el almidón de maíz. Y la canela. Removemos hasta disolver completamente.

Add the coconut milk to a pot, then add the cornstarch. And the cinnamon. Stir until completely dissolved.

Seguidamente colocamos la olla al fuego.

Then we put the pot on the fire.

Luego batimos las yemas con ayuda de un tenedor.

Después de que la preparación que esta en el fuego empiece a formar burbujas por el borde incorporamos nuestras yemas batidas, pero sin dejar de mezclar.

After the preparation that is on the fire begins to form bubbles around the edge, we incorporate our beaten yolks, but without stopping mixing.

Dejamos cocinar hasta que la preparación se ponga espesa. Una vez que esta lista retiramos del fuego.

Vertemos la mezcla en una concha de coco. Dejamos enfríar a temperatura ambiente. Después agregamos coco rallado por encima y llevamos a refrigerar.

Pour the mixture into a coconut shell. Let it cool at room temperature. Then we add grated coconut on top and take it to the fridge.

Una vez pasado el tiempo en el refrigerador lo sacamos.

Once the time has passed in the refrigerator, we take it out.

Ya podemos consumir nuestra deliciosa natilla de coco.
