Lovely!!! In Argentina and Uruguay have a similar souce, we call it “salsa criolla” Well, similar becouse of raw vegetables, with diferent vegetables of course, we bassicaly use white onion, creen pepper and tomato, whithout the pulp. The novelty for me is the hot oil! I would like to try! I bet it enhances the flavors!
