Hoy vengo para compartir con ustedes una deliciosa receta para hacer unas arvejas verdes sin muchos ingredientes pero igual de exquisita y nutritiva.

Happy and wonderful day to all my #Hive friends and especially to all those who make life in this wonderful community of #foodiesbeehive. Today I come to share with you a delicious recipe to make some green peas without many ingredients but just as delicious and nutritious.

👩‍🍳Sin más preámbulos veamos los ingredientes que necesitamos:

Without further ado, let's see the ingredients we need:

INGREDIENTES/ INGREDIENTS🍅🌶🥕🥔🥗

1/2 Kilo de arvejas verdes

200 gr de huesos blancos.

Para aliñarlas

1 Tomate🍅

1 Cebolla

1 Zanahoria🥕

1/2 Pimentón 🌶

1 papa 🥔

2 dientes de ajo

1/2 kilo of green peas

200 gr of white bones

To dress them

1 tomato🍅

1 onion

1 Carrot 🥕

1/2 paprika 🌶

1 potato 🥔

2 cloves of garlic

Paso 1

En una olla vertemos el medio kilo de arvejas y los 200 grs de huesos balncos, le colocamos 2 litos de agua la llevamos al fuego hasta que esten blandas

Step 1

In a pot we pour the half kilo of peas and the 200 grams of white bones, we put 2 liters of water and we take it to the fire until they are soft.

Paso 2

Picamos la papa y la zanahoria en cuadritos y se la incorporamos a nuestras arvejas y la dejamos cocinar por unos minutos

Step 2

We chop the potato and carrot into squares and add it to our peas and let it cook for a few minutes.

Paso 3

Tomamos los demas ingredientes para aliñar nuestras arvejas: tomate, cebolla, pimentón y los ajos y los picamos para sofreirlos. Luego se los incorporamos, en ese instante colocamos la sal ​y los dejamos hervir unos minutos más.

Step 3

We take the other ingredients to dress our peas: tomato, onion, paprika and garlic and chop them to fry them. Then we incorporate them, at that moment we put the salt and let them boil a few more minutes.

Paso 4

Por ultimo dejamos hervir un poco para que nuestra arveja absorva cada unos de los sabores de los aliños

Step 4

Finally we let it boil a little so that our peas absorb each of the flavors of the dressings.
