Hoy quise compartir con ustedes esta deliciosa receta de una torta de piña hecha en casa que se que les va a encantar, siempre se la hago a mis hijos ya que es muy sabrosa.

Today I wanted to share with you this delicious recipe for a homemade pineapple cake that I know you will love, I always make it for my children since it is very tasty.

Sin más preámbulos veamos los ingredientes que necesitamos:

>Without further ado, let's see the ingredients we need:

INGREDIENTES/ INGREDIENTS:

-6 tazas de harina de trigo
-6 Huevos
-1 taza y media de aceite
-3 tazas de azúcar
-3 tazas de leche liquida
-1 Cucharadita de polvo de hornear
-1 Cucharadita de soda
-1 Cucharadita de vainilla

-6 cups of wheat flour
-6 Eggs
-1 and a half cup of oil
-3 cups of sugar
-3 cups of liquid milk
-1 teaspoon of baking powder
-1 teaspoon of soda
-1 teaspoon of vanilla

Comeenzamos nuestra preparación

We start our preparation

Paso 1

Pelamos nuestra piña y la cortamos en rodajas, la colocamos en una olla y la llevamos al fuego con media taza de azúcar para que se ablande.

Step 1

>We peel our pineapple and cut it into slices, place it in a pot and take it to the fire with half a cup of sugar to soften it.

Paso 2

En una olla colocamos una taza y media de azúcar, la llevamos al fuego y dejamos que se disuelva muy lentamente, cuando se disuelva por completo, le agregamos la melaza que resultó de hervir las rodajas de piña, vertemos ese caramelo en nuestra sartén y colocamos todas las rodajas de piña de 1 en 1 y dejamos reposar para que queden bien pegadas al molde mientras batimos nuestra tarta.

Step 2

>In a pot we place a cup and a half of sugar, we take it to the fire and let it dissolve very slowly, when it dissolves completely, we add the molasses that resulted from boiling the pineapple slices, we pour that caramel in our pan and place all the pineapple slices 1 by 1 and let them rest so that they stick well to the mold while we beat our cake.

Paso 3

Vamos a trabajar con los ingredientes secos, así que tomamos las 6 tazas de harina y la pasamos por el colador para tamizarla, le agregamos las 3 tazas de azúcar, 1 cucharadita de polvo para hornear, 1 cucharadita de bicarbonato y revolvemos todo muy bien bien.

Step 3

>We are going to work with the dry ingredients, so we take the 6 cups of flour and pass it through the sieve to sift it, add the 3 cups of sugar, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of baking soda and mix everything very well.

Paso 4

Ahora trabajamos con los ingredientes líquidos, echamos los 6 huevos, las 3 tazas de leche, 1 cucharadita de vainilla, y la taza y media de aceite en una taza y removemos todo hasta que todos los ingredientes se integren muy bien.

Step 4

>Now we work with the liquid ingredients, in a cup we put the 6 eggs, the 3 cups of milk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, and the cup and a half of oil and stir everything until all the ingredients are very well integrated.

Paso 5

Ahora tomamos las dos mezclas y las unimos en una sola taza y revolvemos muy suavemente hasta integrar todos los ingredientes por completo, luego la vertemos en nuestra tortera que ya teníamos reservada con las rodajas de piña y la llevamos al horno por 45 minutos a 250°grados o hasta que introduzcamos un palillo y este salga seco.

Step 5

>Now we take the two mixtures and unite them in a single cup and stir very gently until all the ingredients are completely integrated, then we pour it into our mold that we had already reserved with the pineapple slices and we take it to the oven for 45 minutes at 250° degrees or until a toothpick inserted comes out dry.
