Quiero compartir una rica receta de pasta con salsa bechamel y chorizos, que es muy práctica de preparar, además de económicamente muy viable. Las cantidades que vamos a trabajar es para 4 personas.
Ingredientes:
500 gr de pasta larga o corta (la de tu preferencia).
1/2 litro de leche líquida.
2 cucharadas de harina de trigo.
3 cucharadas de mantequilla.
1 chorizo.
Sal al gusto.
Preparación:
Preparamos la salsa, para ello llevamos a hervir la leche líquida, en mi caso como estaba congelada, la lleve con el envase a descongelar con agua caliente.
Mientras tanto, en una olla derretí la mantequilla, a fuego bajo, y cortamos el chorizo en cuadritos.
Al descongelar la leche, la llevé a hervir en la misma olla donde se derritió la mantequilla.
Al empezar hervir la leche, sacamos media taza de leche caliente aparte, donde vamos a añadir la harina de trigo, bien batida, evitando que se hagan grumos.
La leche que quedo en la olla, le añadimos el chorizo, dejamos que los sabores compacten y agregamos la mezcla con la harina de trigo, poco a poco, y continuamos batiendo, para que espese.
En una olla, agregamos agua suficiente para cocinar la pasta, al hervir agregamos la pasta, usé dos tipos para utilizar ambas cantidades, y removemos para que no se pegue.
Al estar lista, colamos y servimos enlos platos correspondientes y encima añadimos la salsa preparada.
Opcional: agregar queso

When the milk thawed, I brought it to a boil in the same pot where the butter was melted.
When the milk starts to boil, we take half a cup of hot milk aside, where we are going to add the wheat flour, well beaten, avoiding lumps.
The milk left in the pot, add the chorizo, let the flavors compact and add the mixture with the wheat flour, little by little, and continue beating, so that it thickens.
In a pot, add enough water to cook the pasta, when it boils add the pasta, I used two types to use both quantities, and stir so that it does not stick.
When ready, strain and serve in the corresponding plates and add the prepared sauce on top.
Optional: add cheese
