I've never heard of Einkorn, so googled it, sounds way healthier and easier on the digestive system, but considerably more pricey. How does the cost compare to regular sourdough? I must check whether the flour is available here.
I find even sourdough sets off my IBS, so this bread that I made, did not help that issue, even though I only ate a little, I gave the bigger loaf to a friend while it was still hot.
I'd much rather pay extra for healthier bread as I eat very little.
