The first cake I made alone

The ingredients I used were:

1- self-rising wheat flour 1kl

2- sugar 1kl

3- 500gm butter

4- 150gm milk

5- 7 egg

Los ingredientes que use fueron:

1- harina de trigo leudante 1kl

2- azúcar 1kl

3- mantequilla 500gm

4- leche 150gm

5- 7 huevo

First I put the butter and sugar, I beat it until it compacted well.

Primero coloqué la mantequilla y la azúcar, la batí hasta que compactara bien.

Then I was placing each egg one by one

Luego le fui colocando cada huevo uno por uno

The next step was to put a little flour on it, when I saw that it was very thick I added the milk, previously dissolved in water.

I kept adding the flour until I saw that it was not so thick, I added two glasses of water, since it was a bit thick.

El siguiente paso fue colocarle un poco de harina, cuando vi que estaba muy espesa le incorporé la leche, previamente ya disuelta en agua.

Seguí agregando la harina hasta ver que no quede tan espesa, le incorpore dos vasos de agua, ya que se me paso un poco de espesor.

The tray put a little butter and then wheat flour so that the cake does not stick.

La bandeja le coloque un poco de mantequilla y luego harina de trigo para que la torta no se pegue.

Previously, I heated the oven so badly that I have no idea at what temperature hahahaha the cake lasted an hour and a half of cooking.

Previamente, calenté el horno lo malo que ni idea a que temperatura jajajaja la torta duro hora y media de cocción.

I followed the advice of my sister Maria, who for many years was the one who made all the cakes, because she went to Argentina, it was my turn, from all that sadness that my sister left from Venezuela, I was left learning to make cakes from my children.

Seguí los consejos de mi hermana maría que, por muchos años era la que hacía todas las tortas, pues se fue para argentinas me toco a mí, de toda esa tristeza que se fue mi hermana de Venezuela me quedo el aprendizaje de hacer las tortas de mis hijos.

Para despedirme les quiero decir que dejes el miedo atrás, en la cocina con el corazón tranquilo todo nos sale bien.
