A LUNCH OF RICE WITH SAUSAGES / UN ALMUERZO DE ARROZ CON SALCHICHAS

Hola hivers, saludos. Espero que estés muy bien y en la comodidad de tu casa, porque te he traído un almuerzo de arroz con salchicha .

1 sausage

LOS SIGUIENTES INGREDIENTES PARA ESTA COMIDA SON:

3 tazas de arroz

1 salchicha

Ajices y cebolletas

Colorante

Condimentos

Sal

PREPARATION:

Step 1:

For its preparation we need vegetable oil and onoto in grain. Which we proceed to put them together in a pan so that the onoto releases its natural coloring with the oil.

Para su elaboración necesitamos aceite vegetal y onoto en grano. Los cuales procedemos a ponerlos juntos en una sartén para que el onoto suelte su colorante natural con el aceite.

Step 2:

Chop the peppers and chives with the sausage. After a few minutes we add the cups of rice with a little natural coloring.

Paso 2:

Picar los pimientos y las cebolletas con la salchicha. Pasados unos minutos añadimos las tazas de arroz con un poco de colorante natural.

Step 3:

Mix the color with the rice for a few minutes to apply the 6 cups of water. We add salt to taste and wait for the rice cooker to do its job.

Mezclar el color con el arroz durante unos minutos para aplicar las 6 tazas de agua. Agregamos sal al gusto y esperamos a que la olla arrocera haga su trabajo.
