Hola queridos amigo de #hive un cordial saludo Bienvenidos a mi post, hoy tengo el agrado de compartir por esta comunidad de @foodies beehive una Deliciosa y saludable granola que hago para mi consumo y vender,a mis hijas y a mi nos encanta como desuyo acompañada de un Rico vaso de leche o para merendar es un alimento muy rico y sano. La granola es un perfecto sustituto para muchas opciones dulce si queremos incluir en una dieta para adelgazar ya que es un perfecto saciante demas que las grasas saludables por su composición ya que son beneficiosas para nuestro organismo ya que se transforman en energía. La granola dura 6 meses debido a que hay gran cantidad de ingredientes involucradas se obtiene gran cantidad de carbohidratos,grasa,proteínas,vitaminas y minerales que ayudan al adecuado desarrollo del organismo humano. Los invito a ver el paso de esta Receta ●Ingredientes 400gr de Avena en hojuelas Entera 300gr de Mani 150gr de coco 150gr de pasas Para el sirope 400gr papelón 3 cucharada de aceite 2 cucharadita de canela 2 tazas de Agua Una pizca de sal

Paso a paso
Paso 1
Retirar la pulpa del coco maduro y picar muy fino y luego desidratar en el horno o en mi caso e experimentado las dos maneras.En el horno lo ponemos en una tortera a una temperatura de 210°f por 1 Una hora y media hasta que sientas que han perdido la húmeda remover cada 20minutos,en la freidora de aire es por 8horas.se retira y de la enfriar a temperatura ambiente.

Paso 2
Pelar el mani y en un caldero poner a tostar por 20minutos,remover constantemente hasta que estén buen crujientes,dejar enfriar a temperatura ambiente.
De la misma manera en un caldero ponemos a tostar la avena en hojuelas enteras hasta que estén crujientes y dejamos enfriar.

Paso 3
Poner al fuego las 2 tazas de Agua con el papelón hasta que se disuelva y le agregamos el aceite y la canela,dejamos cocinar por 10minutos apagar y dejar enfriar.

Paso 4
En una tortera ponemos la avena tostada con el coco deshidratado y agregamos el sirope y mezclar.

Paso 6
Metemos al horno a una temperatura de 210°f por 25 minutos revovelmos constantes,sacamos y dejamos enfriar.

Paso 7
Luego que este frío le colocamos los demás ingredientes y mezclamos bien,y ya tenemos nuestra granola lista para co consumir como mejor nos guste.

The granola lasts 6 months because there are a lot of ingredients involved, you get a lot of carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins and minerals that help the proper development of the human body. I invite you to see the step by step of this Recipe. ●Ingredients 400gr of Whole Rolled Oatmeal Flakes 300gr of peanuts 150gr of coconut 150gr of raisins For the syrup 400 grams of paprika 3 tablespoon oil 2 teaspoon cinnamon 2 cups of water A pinch of salt

Step by step
Step 1

We put in the oven at a temperature of 210°f for 25 minutes revovelmos constant,remove and let cool.

After this cold we put the other ingredients and mix well, and we have our granola ready to co consume as we like best.
