In our country the green vegetables is called kangkong and it's typically cooked with soy souce. Its nice to see a another traditional way of cooking of an another country ☺️ i would definitely try this way of cooking.

Well really we usually cook it with sauri seasoning almost similar to soy sauce which has the flavor and aromatics of oyster sauce. Very good, but with sambal terasi also uploads the spicy savory taste delicious!
