Good job! Breads can be a bit worky and time consuming, but the taste and smell while they bake is so worth it :)
You can freeze some while it is fresh. It will be almost as good after defrosting.

I hadn't thought of that, but it is a great idea. The loaves are too large for any of the ziploc containers or bags that I have on hand, so I could slice it into sections then freeze.

I usually cut them half and freeze like that (my baking rays are probably like yours). But you can divide them into single breakfast portions too and have it rady for whenever you need :)
