Hola amigos de hive, como le va? espero estén muy bien.! En esta oportunidad les quiero compartir una rica y valiosa salta italiana que estoy segura los sacara de apuros en cualquier momento en sus cocinas.

Todos hemos tenidos esos días que no queremos cocinar y para solución a esto, les traigo esta practica y deliciosa salsa.. Solo sofríes tu carne, pollo agregas un poco de salsa y listo a comer sin mucho estrés y para los más atrevidos que no tienen mucho tiempo de nada, solo cocinas pasta, calientas la salsa se la agregas más un poco de queso y listo un almuerzo delicioso y practico en pocos minutos.

We have all had those days when we don't want to cook and for a solution to this, I bring you this practical and delicious sauce. Just sauté your meat, chicken, add a little sauce and ready to eat without much stress and for the more daring who do not have much time for anything, just cook pasta, heat the sauce and add a little cheese and ready a delicious and practical lunch in a few minutes.

En mi casa a esta ultima comida la llamamos la vieja confiable, a quien le toque cocinar y no tenga muchas ganas de destacarse en la cocina, lo que hace es decir; día de la vieja confiable y estamos consciente que vamos a comer pasta con salsa italiana casera y queso.😅😅

In my house we call this last meal the old reliable one, whoever has to cook and doesn't feel like standing out in the kitchen, what he/she does is to say; day of the old reliable one and we are aware that we are going to eat pasta with homemade Italian sauce and cheese.

Ingredientes:

  • 1Kg de tomates maduros.
  • 1 Cebolla grande.
  • Ajís dulces.
  • 1 Pimentón.
  • 1 Cabeza de ajo.
  • Hojas de albahaca
  • Hojas de laurel (opcional)
  • sal, sabroseador y pimienta al gusto.
  • 2 Cda de azúcar.

Ingredients:** **.

  • 1Kg of ripe tomatoes.
  • 1 large onion.
  • Sweet chili peppers.
  • 1 Paprika.
  • 1 Head of garlic.
  • Basil leaves.
  • Bay leaves (optional)
  • Salt, seasoning and pepper to taste.
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar.

PREPARACIÓN:

lavamos los tomates y hacemos un corte en forma de cruz en la parte superior de mismo, luego en una olla colocamos los tomates a hervir con poca agua por unos 10min aproximadamente, cuanto estos estén listos (nos damos cuenta de ello porque los tomates toman una textura rugosa) esperamos que enfríen para posteriormente quitarles la cascara.

PREPARATION:

We wash the tomatoes and make a cross cut on the top of it, then in a pot we place the tomatoes to boil with little water for about 10min approximately, when they are ready (we realize it because the tomatoes take a rough texture) we wait for them to cool and then remove the skin.

Luego que le quitamos las cascaras los picamos en 2 o 3 pedazos, no tienen que se pequeños y colocamos los demás ingredientes picados de forma grande en la misma olla con el agua que quedo al principio.

After removing the shells we chop them into 2 or 3 pieces, they do not have to be small and place the other chopped ingredients in a large way in the same pot with the same water that was left at the beginning.

cuando empieza a hervir le vamos agregando los condimentos como la sal, el sabroseador, la pimienta, todo esto al gusto (*en lo personal se los agrego cuanto ya esta hirviendo porque siento que toma mas sabor que agregándolos al principio*) dejamos que siga hirviendo por unos 5min y agregamos las 2 Cda de azúcar, esto para equilibrar un poco la acidez del tomate.

when it starts to boil we add the seasonings such as salt, salt and pepper, all this to taste (*I personally add them when it is already boiling because I feel that it takes more flavor than adding them at the beginning*) let it continue boiling for about 5 minutes and add the 2 tablespoons of sugar, this to balance the acidity of the tomato a bit.

Dejamos que hierva por unos 35-40min aproximadamente en ese lapso de tiempo vamos revolviendo eventualmente, cuando veamos que todo esta cocido y espeso, apagamos y dejamos que enfrié, cuando esto pase lo que hacemos es verterlo en la licuadora y esta listo, ya tenemos nuestra salsa para pasta italiana casera, ya de ahí en adelante lo envasas.

We let it boil for about 35-40min approximately in that period of time we will stir eventually, when we see that everything is cooked and thick, turn off and let it cool, when this happens what we do is pour it into the blender and it's ready, we have our sauce for homemade Italian pasta, and from then on you pack it.

TIPS

  • En la nevera dura unas 2 semanas y en la parte del freezer puede durar meses.
  • En lo personal los guardo en envases con pata con capacidad de 250gr en el freezer, haciéndolo mas practico a la hora de usar en cada comida.
  • De 1Kg de tomastes salen 5 envases de 250g.
      Es una excelente salsa cuando quieres hacer tu pizza en casa, a la hora de hacer guisos de carnes o pollos, y si tienes una Reunión y no sabes que dar como pasapalos esta salsa es genial, solo calientas y sirves con galletas saladas como: la galleta de soda o el casabe.

TIPS

  • In the refrigerator it lasts about 2 weeks and in the freezer it can last for months.
  • Personally, I keep them in containers with a 250g capacity in the freezer, making it more practical to use at the time of each meal.
  • From 1Kg of tomastes you get 5 packages of 250g.
      is an excellent sauce when you want to make your pizza at home, when making meat or chicken stews, and if you have a meeting and do not know what to give as appetizers this sauce is great, just heat and serve with crackers such as soda crackers or cassava.

Nice! Your Italian sauce looks rich and delicious. You use sweet chili peppers? Well, I am not familiar with sweet chili but our chili pepper is quite spicy and hot. Even more I prefer my sauce very spicy!
