Greetings to all hive readers, hoping you are very healthy. Today I want to share with you how I made some baked sardines, I live in the east of my country Venezuela, I am very close to the fishing coasts, and we always buy very fresh fish.
Sardines provide minerals, such as calcium or phosphorus. In addition, this fish is rich in proteins of high biological value.

     

*# *My ingredients:
Fresh sardines.
Cornmeal.
Tomato, cucumber, dressings, onion.
Lemon.
Oil, marinade, salt.

I start by cleaning and washing the sardines very well, and then I start to season them, with marinade, the marinade is a kind of seasoning that gives meat flavor, and it is salty. I put the dressings in the grinder, and I put this mixture on top of some sardines, to give it a different taste, seasoned sardines.
I left other sardines with just salt and marinade.

     

     

     

Once you have them ready, place them on the oven grill, and let them cook for about 25 minutes, it depends on the oven.
Separately prepare my dough for the arepas, with water, flour and salt; that also first I put them in the budare or frying pan and then I put them in the oven.

I also cut the tomato and cucumber for the salad, adding a little oil and salt.

     

     

     

     

As I wanted to vary, I made some baked and others fried, to the taste of some.

Saludos a todos los lectores de hive, esperando esten muy saludables. Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes como hice unas sardinas al horno, yo vivo en el oriente de mi pais Venezuela, estoy muy cerca de las costas pesqueras, y siempre compramos pescados muy fresco.
Las sardinas aportan minerales, como el cálcio o el fósforo. Además, este pescado es rico en proteínas de alto valor biológico.

     

*# *Mis ingredientes:
Sardinas frescas.
Harina de maiz.
Tomate, pepino, aliños, cebolla.
Limón.
Aceite, adobo, sal.

Empiezo limpiando y lavando muy bien las sardinas, para luego empezar a sazonarla, con adobo, el adobo es una especie de condimentos que le dan sabor a las carnes, y es salado. Los aliños los puse en la picadora, y esta mezcla se las puse encima en algunas sardinas, para darle un gusto diferentes, sardinas aliñadas.
Dejé otras sardinas solamente con sal y adobo.

     

     

     

Una vez teniendolas preparadas las coloque en la parrillera del horno, y dejé cocinar como 25 minutos, es depende del horno.
Aparte prepare mi masa para las arepas, con agua, harina y sal; que igualmente primero las puse en el budare o sarten y enseguida las pasé al horno.

Tambien corté el tomate y el pepino para la ensalada, colocandole un poquito de aceite y sal.

     

     

     

     

Como queria variar, hice unas al horno y otras fritas, al gusto de algunos.
