Sanosha is a regular use snack dish here in India. There are lots of restaurants where it gets ready for us but due to lockdown can't go restaurant hence my wife made it in home. My whole family likes it most but I eat only one or two pieces.
After being cooked it looks like this.
Process & ingredients
I saw she used Grams Powder(मैदा) and mix it in wheat flour then add some required ingredients such as salt, black cumin and made dough like as below:
Then she gave them Samosha shape and fill inside potatoes, nuts and onion fried.
It is fact that the shape of Samosha is smaller than restaurant made but tastes is better than restaurant.
Now she fried all of them using refined oils and Samosha became ready to eat.
Usually people eat it with green chutney or tomato sauce but my daughter eat with mixed fruit gems. I also.
