Hola amigos, espero que hayan tenido una excelente semana, hoy con un postre especial que les voy a compartir tienen una versión saludable, pero exquisito y fácil de preparar, por lo general los quesillos se realizan con leche condensada, pues sepan que con solo leche en polvo también, es el mismo resultado, su textura es mas blanda pero su sabor son igual de deliciosos.

3 tazas de agua | 3 cup water |
Preparación | Preparation
El primer paso es preparar el caramelo, en una quesillera agregue 4 cucharadas de azúcar y dos de agua, a fuego lento el color del caramelo lo hice oscuro.

Luego en una licuadora se coloca el azúcar, los huevos, la leche y la cucharada de vainilla. Todos estos ingredientes se mezclan por 3 minutos.

Una vez que la mezcla este lista, añadimos a la quesillera con el caramelo tapamos.

El siguiente paso es colocarlo en baño de Maria por una hora, esperar 20 minutos que se repose y desmoldar con cuidado .
