Mis mejores deseos de éxitos en el día de hoy, y cordial saludo a la comunidad de #foodiesbeehive quiero compartir con ustedes una rica receta y super fácil de hacer, se trata de Pasta con carne molida en salsa roux, como sabemos la pasta es muy versátil ya que hacemos miles de recetas con ella, les aseguro que combinado con la carne, salsa y vegetales es delicioso.
My best wishes for success today, and cordial greetings to the community of #foodiesbeehive I want to share with you a rich recipe and super easy to make, it is Pasta with ground beef napada in roux sauce, as we know pasta is very versatile as we make thousands of recipes with it, I assure you that combined with meat, sauce and vegetables is delicious.
Ingredientes || Ingredients
1/2 Carne molida
1 paquete de pasta larga
1 calabacín
1 zanahoria
2 cucharadas de harina de trigo
2 cucharadas de queso rayado
1 berenjena
2 cebollas
perejil
Ajo
4 ajíes
Sal, orégano y pimienta al gusto.
1/2 ground beef
1 package of long pasta
1 zucchini
1 carrot
2 tablespoons of wheat flour
2 tablespoons of grated cheese
1 eggplant
2 onions
parsley
Garlic
4 chili peppers
Salt, oregano and pepper to taste.
Instrucciones:/ Intructions
- Lo primero es picar en trozos pequeños los vegetales y aliños y apartar en un envase mientras se caliente el sartén agregamos la carne y doramos unos 5 minutos.
The first thing to do is to chop the vegetables and seasonings into small pieces and set aside in a container while the pan is heating, add the meat and brown for about 5 minutes.
- Es hora de agregar el aliño en un sartén con la carne, pasado 5 minutos se agrega los vegetales, la berenjena, zanahoria y calabacín. Revolver.
It is time to add the dressing in a pan with the meat, after 5 minutes add the vegetables, eggplant, carrots and zucchini. Stir.
- Ahora a preparar la salsa roux, en una olla coloque una taza de agua, dos cucharada de leche, dos cucharadas de maicena, una cuchara de mantequilla, sal y nuez moscada al gusto. Deja hervir unos 10 minutos sin dejar de remover para que no se hagan grumos, cuando veas que empieza a espesar, ya puedes retirarla del fuego.
Now to prepare the roux sauce, in a pot place one cup of water, two tablespoons of milk, two tablespoons of cornstarch, one tablespoon of butter, salt and nutmeg to taste. Let it boil for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. When you see that it begins to thicken, you can remove it from the heat.
- Seguidamente agregar la pasta en una olla con agua caliente, aceite y sal, revolver para que no se pegue.
Then add the pasta in a pot with hot water, oil and salt, stir so that it does not stick.
- Lista la pasta, esta es pasta larga al dente que se cocina en menos de 10 minutos, colar y servir en el plato.
Ready the pasta, this is long al dente pasta that cooks in less than 10 minutes, strain and serve in the dish.
Serve the meat on top of the pasta, add the sauce, and also serve with slices of plantain. Nothing better than enjoying one of your favorite meals, and if it is in the company of important and special people, it is super.
