Hello everyone How are you? By the grace of Allah, I am also well. Today I have cooked Pathshak with pulses. We know how beneficial vegetables are for our health. Vegetables bring energy to our bodies.

Ingredients

  1. Onion crush
  2. Garlic paste
  3. Salt
  4. Chilli powder
  5. Yellow powder
  6. Oil
  7. Pulses
  8. Jute spinach.

First I will wash the vegetables and pulses well. It is very important to keep something clean before cooking. Then you have to cut the onion, you have to take the garlic paste. Then you have to take the pulses on one foot and take clean water according to the quantity.

Then you have to give oil to the feet, you have to give chopped onion, you have to give garlic paste, you have to give turmeric, chilli. Salt should be given later. Because if salt is given earlier then the pulses will not be crushed.

Then add salt. step 4 After the pulse is done, spinach should be given to the feet. Shake with spinach and shake for a while. I will not give water separately. Water will come out of the spinach by itself so there is no need to give water separately. If you give water, cooking will not be right.
