- KINILAW ISDA
Ingredients:
1kl fresh fish
3cups coconut vinegar
2pcs onion
Ginger
Chilly powder
Salt to taste
MSG (2-3 pinch)
How to prepare/ cook
Slice the fish into desired cuts
Soak it in 2-3 mins into the vinegar
Mixed coconut vinegar and all the spices
Add salt and msg as seasoning
- SINUGBANG ISDA AND PORK
Ingredients:
Fish
Pork
Onion
Ginger
Soy sauce
Vinegar
Chilly powder
How to cook: just grill the fish and pork in a well done grill
Mix soy sauce chilly powder onion and ginger to make it as deepings
- BOILD SWEET POTATO
JUST boild the sweet potatoes for about 15-20 minutes.
