Hi foodies, how are you all? hope you are always healthy
Last time, while walking to the traditional market, I saw a lot of various ancient snacks in one of the snack stalls. “Gabin Tape” is one of them, this simple snack has a delicious and legit taste, the filling is made of tape. Oh yes, for those who don't know ”Tape”, so tape is a kind of processed cassava that is fermented using yeast. This snack is one of my favorite snacks, so it reminds me of childhood memories when my late mother often bought Gabin Tape. The sweet and legit taste combined with the crunchy gabin biscuits/crackers makes it very addictive, of course, it is very suitable to accompany relaxing tea time at home. Gabin can also be created with a variety of fillings such as ragout or pandan vla filling.

And for this time I will share the Gabin Tape recipe, the ingredients and how to make it are also very easy. let's look at the material below.

Third, fry the gabin tape with hot oil on low heat, just flip it once and don't add too much oil, fry until brown. once cooked drain it first using kitchen paper so it doesn't absorb too much oil. Gabin tape is ready to accompany your relaxing day, very easy and practical, right?
