Oh I love these!! And they are so simple to make. Sometimes I switch some of the oats for even more dates to add that little extra sweetness. Or sometimes I take out the oats and add some chopped coconut. The variations are endless.

And as you mention, they are much healthier than the alternatives out there. Those oats bars you think are healthy are just chock-full of sugar and additives.
