Oh wow, this looks amazing! It does not help reading your recipe while hungry. I have been wanting to make a fish curry for so long now, and this just gave me the motivation to try your recipe! I have some nice Swiss chard (and spinach) growing in the garden, so I might as well use that as well. Thank you so much for sharing your recipe!

Hey phil, definitely give this a shot if you can it's really simple with the sauce pack! I wish I could have a garden to grow my own vegetables too but we don't get enough sunlight here to grow much. Your vegetables sound like they'd be perfect though. All the best!

Thank you so much for the thoughtful reply and I am sorry for taking so long to reply. I am sorry to hear about the lack of sunlight! Growing food is incredible, but I know the struggle about lack of sun; especially the swiss chard loves a lot of sun.
